He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Mullins and Mildred Mullins; his daughter Debra Mullins; and his brother Willie "Bill" Mullins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mullins; his sons, Greg Mullins (Anne) and Jeff Mullins; and his brothers, Jim (Deborah Mullins) and Sam Mullins. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith Family Funeral Home - Hot Springs (2205 Airport Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (2265 Airport Rd, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71913).
