He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Bradshaw and Perley Mae Maddox Bradshaw; his wife Joyce Bradshaw; and his siblings, Johnie James Bradshaw, Rose Coston, Ruth Eastland and Betty Allen.
He is survived by: his sister Ora Patton of Arkadelphia; his children, Steve Bradshaw (Pam) of Hope, Karen Whitfield (Rodney) of Bismarck and Susan Roe (Eddie) of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Amanda Clements (Brian), Ashley Cole (Aaron), Jessica Cox (Chad), Rebecca Black, Kylie Roe and Breanna Anderson (Hunter); and his great grandchildren, Meadow, Weston, Alaina Cole, Jarett, Hallie Cox, Briggs, Ramsey Black, R. J. and Olivia Harrison.
