She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lowe and Nina Lowe; her former husband Fred Richardson; her son Dale Richardson; her granddaughter Amber Richardson; and her brothers, J. W. Lowe and Carl Lowe.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Keener of Hot Springs, AR; her children, DeeDee (Dee), Wynn (Mike) of Camden, AR, Dana Jones of Alabama, Freddie Richardson (Nancy) of Camden, AR, Dennis Richardson (Roni) of Camden, AR, Carl Keener (Lois) and Brian Keener (Shannon); her brothers, Charles Lowe of Stephens, AR and Jessie Lowe (Linda) of Texas; and her grandchildren, Brian Nelson, Michael Richardson, Emily Raney, Aaron Wynn, Kara Richardson, Ashley Bolser, Denise Pimlott, Brad Reaves and Paul Reaves. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Eagle Mills Baptist Church (4085 US-79, Bearden, AR 71720). A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the Bell Chapel Cemetery.
