He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Kilby and Hazel Kilby (Norman). He is survived by: his wife Carol Anne Kilby (Ragsdale); his children, David Kilby (Terri), Terence Kilby and Donna Betts (Lonnie); his grandchildren, Anne Bowen, Kilby "Max" Bowen, Claire Betts and Everett Betts; and his siblings, Gene Kilby (Judy), Jerry Kilby (Scherry), Barbara Baker, Brenda Plummer (Lanny) and Karen Green (Charlie). He is also survived by family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
