He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Charles and Ruth Ester Faughn Hulsey, Sr.; his wife Pamela Sue Hulsey; and his siblings, Melvin Hulsey, Jr. and Peggy Lou Hulsey.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dana Sue McKa (James) of Hot Springs, Mary Ruth Hulsey of Oil City, LA and Diana Lynn Hulsey of Hot Springs; and his siblings, Larry Wayne Hulsey of Holtville, CA and Patsy Davis (Harry) of Harriman, TN. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
