He was predeceased by: his father John Calvin Moore, Jr.; his mother-in-law Marcell Blocker; his sister Connie Ivy; and his brother-in-law Jackie. He is survived by: his mother Patricia French Moore; his wife Desiree Moore of Hot Springs; his daughters, Hannah Panko (Cole) of Denver and Haley Moore of Dallas, Texas; his brother Michael Moore; his father-in-law Alvin Blocker; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Harvey (Gary) and Gina Voudren. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
