He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudy Sixta and Gabriella Sixta; and his brother Rudy "Junior" Sixta. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Gadberry Sixta; his daughters, Kimberly Sixta (Jeff) and Nikki Sixta (Brad); his stepdaughter Kelley James; and his siblings, Mary Jo Robards, Annette Como, Lisa Preston, Suzanne Zumont, Michelle Sixta, Paul Sixta and Tim Sixta.
