With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Barnett of Hot Springs, Arkansas, born in Louisville, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 5, 2024 at the age of 53. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Theoderick Hayes and Carolyn Hayes; and her husband Don Barnett. She is survived by: her daughter Shirletta Harris of Hot Springs, Arkansas; her siblings, Derrick Hayes (Algenette) of Hot Springs, Theoderick Hayes (Monique) of Louisville, Terrance Harris of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Ivy Hayes (Greg) of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kristiaunna Barnes and Rylan Beasley; her nephews, Derrick L. Hayes, Jamaal Willis, Jermaine Hayes, Roderick Hayes and Theoderick "Raymont" Hayes; her cousin Ella Bryant; and her friend Janie Tecar.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for any financial contributions can be made directly to the funeral home to assist with the services.
