He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Lee Scott Frizielle (Jimmy L. Frizielle) and Amy Scott Schueler (Scott A. Schueler); his grandchildren, Taylor Scott Robbins, Connor Scott Shilling, Gracie Frizielle, Barney, Mollie, Lenny and Squiggy; and his son John Bergfels.
