He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Stanford and Elsie Field Stewart; his siblings, Mary Wilda Lovelady and Ray Stewart; his son Tony Edwards; and his son-in-law Philip Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kay Stewart. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and many very special nephews and nieces.
