He was predeceased by: his parents, Rupert Bland and Dean Bland; and his siblings, Pauline Liles, Neal Bland and Judy Bland.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Bland; his children, Misti Bland (Chris Baier), Jonathon Bland (Somer) and Zachary Bland (Tia); and his siblings, Kay Tagert (Jesse), Barbara Bland (James Mangum) and Wayne Bland (Ruby). He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations made to John 3:16 ministries in Charlotte, AR a place that he loved and supported, or donations can be made to Lakeview Assembly, his home church.
