He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Helen Welch (Leve) and John L Welch; his spouse Pat; and his children, Melissa Ann and Michael Robert. He was also cherished by his loving wife of 54 years, a daughter and son as well as their 5 loving grandchildren.
