With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sandra Jo Hulsey of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, born in Hot Springs, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 3, 2024 at the age of 61. She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Hulsey and Josephine Hulsey. She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Hulsey (Wendy), Barbara Hulsey and Teresa Stanley (Allan); and her nieces and nephews, Chris Hulsey, Valerie Hamric, Seth Hulsey, Amber LaCaze, Michelle Stanley, Charles Stanley and Brittany Stanley. She is also survived by six great nieces and 3 great nephews.
