It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Fisher Riner of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, who passed away on September 26, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Breeding and Marie Breeding (Schmid); her former husband Bobby J. Fisher; and her brothers, James, Richard "Rabbit" Breeding and Lloyd Breeding.

She is survived by: her husband Jim Riner; her sister Jenny Miller (Frank) of Holly Grove; her children, Donna Smiley (Henry) of Conway, AR, Joe Fisher (Amy) of Greenbrier, AR and Bret Riner (Gemma) of Denver, CO; and her grandchildren, Matthew Smiley, Cade Smiley, Colin Fisher, Garrett Fisher, Nicole Riner and Taylor Riner. She is also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; and numerous nieces and nephews.
