He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lillie Mae Foster (McDermott) and Roy L. Foster, Sr.; his former wife Mary Ellen Foster; his wife Mary Ann; his children, Susan Bratton (Robert) of Alexander, AR, Roy L. Foster (Bud), Lloyd Fosterboth of Hot Springs, AR and Pat Gardner (David) of Little Rock, AR.; and his stepson Chris Duggan (Michele) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren, 2 step-grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
