He is survived by: his children, Cindy Clark of Ponca City, Heather Nelson of Farmington, Shawn Clark of Blackwell and James Hurt-Clark of Manhattan; his grandchildren, Tanner, Dana Clark of Marion, Tyler of Edmond, Jill Clark of Edmond, Kara of Edmond, Austin Mayden of Edmond, Kyle, Shelby Nelson of Joplin and Brady Nelson of Broken Bow; and his brother Dennis Clark of Elizabeth. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
