He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Millius and Virginia Millius (Smith); and his sister Sherry Ludowitz. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Jean Millius (Arnold); his son Craig R. Millius (Cyndi); his siblings, Carol Schetgen, Sue Boelk (Steve) and Scott Millius (Chris); his grandchildren, Austin Millius (Krystina), Ashlee Stanger (Adam) and Chad; his great grandchildren, Teagan Stanger, Hudson Stanger and Theodore Millius; and his brother-in-law Peter Ludowitz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
