He was predeceased by: his father Billy Thomas Lowe. He is survived by: his wife Dena Lowe; his stepchildren, Zach Brown of Farmington, AR and Haley Newman (Jared) of Prairie Grove, AR; his grandchildren, Landyn, Braden, Trey and Maddie; his siblings, John Lowe (Cindy) of Highland Village, TX and Sue Diebold (Bill) of Monroe, LA; his nephews, Jacob Diebold (Lauren) of St. Francisville, LA, Matt Diebold (Cari) of Prairieville, LA, Jack, Reid, Crew, Henry and Charles; and also Patsy Ellett Lowe (Bootsie) of Mooringsport, LA.

A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Village Bible Church (100 Ponderosa Wy, Hot Springs Village, AR 71909).
