“Adding to Terry's note, we were in Poland celebrating success due to great work by Morgan to assemble and train a team at the International Paper mill in Kwidzyn. Mill leadership and their wives were all there. Before the event we told one on his team, a young PhD, that she had earned a promotion that came with more money and a company car. She jumped with joy. I wish I had a picture that captured the moment. Morgan contributed to the success of many, me included. Jim Ondyak”
