He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Tucker and Kathleen Tucker; and his brother Bill Tucker. He is survived by: his wife Kay; his daughters, Laurie Diaz (Les), Plano, Dana Kleine (Joe) and Little Rock; his grandchildren, Caroline Diaz, Daniel Kleine (Morgan), Courtney Lambert (Mark), Mallory Kleine and William Kleine; his great grandchildren, Danny and JoJo Kleine; and his brother Ervin Tucker (Becky). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
