He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Spinney and Virginia Smithson Spinney; his daughter Rebecca Lynn Spinney; and his brother Tim Spinney. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Phipps (Tim), Rick Ryan (Tracy), Greg Ryan (Mona), Barry Spinney (Jennifer) and Gevan Spinney (Andrea); his sisters, Christine Bowen, Roxanne Madden, Jennifer Fracalossi (Todd) and Laurie Poirier (Jim); his grandchildren, Hunter, Tyler, Colton, Megan, Seth, Sarah, Javonte, Kaylee, Abie, Ella, Amos, Luke, Evie, Hadley, Jeb, Jake, Jude and Austin; his great grandchild Paisleigh; and his close friends, Steve and Melanie Russell.
