He was predeceased by: his parents, Ozella McGinnis and Burl McGinnis; and his brothers, Earl McGinnis of Momence and Jim McGinnis (Rita) of Hoxie, Arkansas.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his daughter Lela McGinnis Smith (Jason) of Bakersfield; his stepson Wade Cockrell of Honolulu, Hawaii; his sister-in-law Donna McGinnis of Momence, Illinois; his grandchildren, Heather, Brooke, Claigh and Conner; and his great grandchildren, Lilyana, Logan and Addison.
