He is survived by: his wife Ginger; his stepdaughter Dawn Caiazza (Ted); his sons, Kyle, Tyler of Arlington Heights and Jack Koval (Angela); his grandchild Jerremy; his son-in-law Norman Antrainer of Covington, LA; his granddaughters, Emily Carmadelle (Gordon) of Covington, LA, Madison Antrainer of Covington, LA and Hillary Boudreaux of Harvey, LA; his great grandchild Andrew Carmadelle of Covington, LA; and also, Vickie Lynn of Neosho, MO, Rebecca Boudreaux (Brent) of Harvey, LA, Marjorie Griffith and Carolyn Sinderson (Frank).
