He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Chris, Sr. and Bridgett Kulas (Maloney); and his sisters, Catherine Kulas, Margaret Ziolek (Roman) and Lorraine Gill (Stanley).
He is survived by: his children, Robert Kulas (Sandra) and Marybeth Costello (Michael) of Addison, Illinois; and his grandchildren, Matthew Gatz (Sarah), Francesca Gatz (Ken) and Samantha Bice (Tyler). He is also survived by four great grandsons, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
