He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Louis and Wilma Mae Burrall (Cooey); his siblings, Betty Stewart, William Burrall, James Burrall and Sidney Burrall; his grandson Todd Alan Jenkins; his stepson Bruce Bowes; and his former wife Kathryn Marshall Burrall.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Bowes; his children, Karen Papp (Robert) of Topeka, Kansas, Robert Burrall of Heber Springs, Arkansas, Alan Burrall (Thomas Yore) of Chicago, Illinois and Linda; his stepson Brian Bowes (family: Scott Bowes) of Monroe; his grandchildren, Sidney Ganeles, Cole Pequignot, Leslie Peguignot, Sheila Burrall, Tammie Burrall and Autumn Bennett; his great grandchildren, Harley Ganeles, Austin Oglesby, Dani Jenkins, Miah Jenkins, Amiyah Bennett, Henry Bennett and Kosta Pequignot; and his great great grandchildren, Ben Oglesby and Willow Oglesby. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
