With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elaine MacDonald of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, born in Shreveport, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kirspel and Joyce Kirspel. She is survived by: her husband Charles MacDonald; her children, Colleen Makare (Craig), Christa Mancuso (Frank) and Michael MacDonald; her grandchildren, Dylan, Jack, Gavin, Aubrie and Ryan; her siblings, Ken Kirspel (Kathy), Kerry Kirspel (Dorcas) and Laura Kirspel; and her sister-in-law Donna Kirspel.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).
