He was predeceased by: his parents, Conley Culpepper and Delphia Culpepper (Ashley); and his brother Kent Culpepper. He is survived by: his wife Susan Culpepper; his children, Lisa Mays (Paul) of Monett, Lori White (Nathan) of White Hall, Arkansas and Sean Culpepper (Dana); his grandchildren, Nathan Mays (Emily), Samuel Mays, Timothy Mays (Rachel), Hannah Goff (Matthew), Connor White, Elim Culpepper, Andrew Mays and Matthew Mays; his great-grandkids, Selah Goff, Balian Mays and Alcuin Mays; and his brothers, Jack Culpepper, Scott Culpepper (Mary), Chuck Culpepper (Terry), Mark Culpepper (Angela) and Chip Culpepper (Karen). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM and from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Caruth-Hale Funeral Home (155 Section Line Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
