She was predeceased by: her mothers, Opal Leo DeMier and Dorothy Buelah Demier; her brother Thomas C. DeMier; and her grandson Gabriel Christian Murdock. She is survived by: her husband James C. MacLaughlin of Hot Springs, AR; her children, Marcia Lyn Murdock, James C. MacLaughlin Atlanta (Traci) and Thomas R. MacLaughlin (Lynn); her grandchildren, Tyler J. MacLaughlin (Krista) and Madison L. Gaydon Atlanta (Matthew); and her brother Dick DeMier (Karen).
