He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Smith and Virginia Smith. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his siblings, Deborah Garcia and Donald Smith; and his children, Donald Smith, Andrea McWilliams, Spencer Smith and Catherine Smith. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
