He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelton Whitlow and Ferne Whitlow; and his siblings, Leon Whitlow and Virginia Stevens. He is survived by: his significant other Diana Whitlow; his children, Richard Scott Whitlow (Angela Whitlow) of Rogers, AR, David Bryan Whitlow of Fayetteville, AR and Erin Davis Shedd (David Shedd) of Columbus, OH; his former spouse Lysa Dickerson Lawless of Hot Springs, AR; and his grandchildren, Austin, Connor, Liliana and Brendan.
Donations may also be made in his memory to the Village Walk for Cancer benefitting "Seeds of Science" research at UAMS.
