He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Mitchell Garrett and Polly Savage Garrett; his grandson Taylor Garrett; and his brother Larry Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Garrett; his sons, Mitchell Garrett (Gabrielle) of Huntsville, Ala and Timothy Garrett (Maria) of Memphis; his stepsons, Chris Vick (Missy) of Ozark and Keith Vick (Melissa) of Arlington, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Reagan Nuss, Clifton Garrett, Hunter Kubitz, Kennedy Vick and Connor Vick; and his brother Billy Garrett (Jonelle) of Brighton. He is also survived by husband who loved his boys and his grandchildren.
