We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Anthony D. Hladik of Hot Springs Village, Arkansas, born in Oak Park, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Hladik and Elinor Hladik (Drdacek). He is survived by: his wife Janet Dodds Hladik; his children, Beth Smith (Tim) of Bryant, Arkansas and Scott Hladik (Joy) of Benton, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Cole, Gwyneth, Christen (Brittany), Hayden, Madison and Spencer. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and a niece and nephew.
