She is survived by: her husband Herbert Smith; her daughters, Leszlie Nedelka (John), Michelle Herholdt Smith (Mark) and Sheila Ward (Terry); her grandsons, Clay and Adam Nedelka; her stepchildren, Steve McCaskey (Kim) and Tracey Hopkins (Mark); her stepgranddaughter Olivia; and her sisters, Virginia Causey and Resa Monts (Doug). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
