He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Joseph Moore and Betty Merle Grinnis Boubek; and his siblings, Steven Paul Moore and Pamela Gail Moore. He is survived by: his sister Theresa Jo Moore; and his brother-in-law Marion H. Cates. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
