He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Sutter and Adeline Tetzlaff Sutter. He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Sutter of Bonnerdale, David Sutter of Hot Springs and Anna; his brother-in-law Joe Downie of Hot Springs; his nephews, Justin Downie, Daniel Sutter and Wesley Sutter; his niece Jade Snow; and his great-nieces, Kenley Sutter and Haisley Sutter.
