He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Steven Rowe and Mary Etta Higdon Rowe; his brother Edward Rowe; his sister-in-law Bernice Rowe; his brother James Rowe; and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Rowe and Gracie Rowe.
He is survived by: his wife Wilma Dene Rowe of Hot Springs; his great grandchild Lainey Ford; and his siblings, Ralph Rowe of Harbor City, California and Jean Neumeyer of Costa Mesa, California. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
