She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Riley and Hayden Poe; her former husband Howard Batterton; her sons, Randy and Greg Batterton; and her siblings, Marvin and Valerie Poe.
She is survived by: her husband Elwin "Buddy" Midkiff; her children, Steve Batterton (Lisa), Barbara Schultz (Keith) and Kim Gower (Shane); her stepdaughter Lynn "Peaches" McIntyre (Roy); her daughters-in-law, Marsha Batterton and Tana Batterton; her nephew Bill Poe; her grandchildren, Jenny Batterton, Alicia Dobyns (Greg), Bradley Batterton (Corinne) and Brian Batterton (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Zach Gower, Taylor Farner (Bailey), Logan Gower, Makenna Richardson, Eleanor Batterton and Theodore Batterton.
