She was predeceased by: her parents, Zona Ward Puckett and Jessie Puckett; her husband Jimmy Ashley; her siblings, Mary Keaton and James Puckett; her grandson Austin Ashley; and her great grandchild Emma Wilson.

She is survived by: her sister Jennetta Sanders; and her children, Melissa Ashley (Jay Kirby), Steve of Hot Springs, Jason (Theresa) of Hot Springs and James Ashley (Marcie) of Hot Springs. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; and one great-great granddaughter.
