He is survived by: his father Leo Runnels; his stepmother Tabatha Runnels; his mother Elizabeth Monje; his stepfather Mark Monje; his brothers, Matthew Runnels and Nicholls Gilliland; his aunt Glenda; his uncles, Janusz Sowinski and Glen Runnels; his cousin Randy Fisher; his grandfather Billy Runnels of Washington; and his stepgrandparents, Charles Strozier and Sara Runnels.
