We are sad to announce that on December 22, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Dorothy Laverne Sanders (Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas), born in Hot Springs, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Jessie Lee Sanders; her parents, Edward Grady and Annie Green; and her siblings, Jo Helen Brandenburg and Charles Green.

She is survived by: her sons, Brad Sanders (Vicky) of Royal and Russell Sanders (Christy) of Bismarck; her grandchildren, Nick Sanders (Michelle), Keri Sanders and Chase Prather; her great grandchildren, Mya, Olivia, Amelia Sanders and Dylilah Prather; and her sisters, Florence Macon of Hot Springs and Mary Keith of Hot Springs. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Vernie's name to First Baptist Church of Royal.
