She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Nesmith "Pinky" Pettit and Aileen Buchignani Pettit; her husband George Augustus Zanone, Jr.; her brother Paul Nesmith Pettit, Jr.; and her son George Augustus Zanone, III.
She is survived by: her children, Leigh Zanone Scull of Memphis, Alexis Zanone of Santa Monica and Paul Riley Zanone (Camille) of Memphis; her grandchildren, William Trent Scull, Jr., Riley Corrine Scull, Hewes Pettit Scull, Anna Katherine Zanone, Elise Mae Zanone, Augustus Clark "Gus" Zanone and William Riley "Wills" Zanone; and her siblings, Phillip Donald Pettit, Peter Richard Pettit (Corinne "Sissy"), Paige Pettit Orians (Ray), Patrick Christopher Pettit (Diane) of Memphis and Priscilla Pettit Watts of Park City. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
