He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Kipper and Marjorie Kipper. He is survived by: his wife Margo Kipper of Horseshoe Bend; his children, Melissa Bowman (Stephen) of Twin Lakes and Eric Kipper (Tracy) of Racine; his grandchildren, Katheryn Margaret (Stevie), Tyler Kipper, Troy Kipper and Jason Bowman (Kiren); and his siblings, Marina Abney, Linda Kitzenbul, Rhonda Stumph, Jerry Kipper and Joe Kipper.
