She was predeceased by: her parents, Ransom Harrison Moore and Carrie Bernice Moore (Birdsong); her husband Dale Smith; and her siblings, Otis, Tommie, Parmer Moore, Elsie Kerley, Pauline Williams and Treva Hartin.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Smith of Raytown, Missouri and Becky Menteer of Lee's Summit, Missouri; her grandchildren, Phillip Smith (Tasha), Amy Smith, Rachel Pike (Todd) and Renee Wilking (Brian); her great grandchildren, Kailey Gilliam (Blake), Megan Weddle (Logan), Jacob Pike, Noah Pike and Sophia Wilking; and her great great grandchild Delia Bradley.
