He is survived by: his sons, Andrew LuVerne of Augburn, NE and Daniel Brian of Marshalltown, Iowa.; his wife Carol; his brother David Perry (Vicky) of Cherokee Village, AR; his son Andy Perry (Nikki) of Auburn, NE; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kayla, Aaron, Skylar, Dilan and Triston; and his great grandchildren, Gabriel and Nirvana.
