She was predeceased by: her parents, James Clarence and Mabel Callaway; and her siblings, Jerry Callaway, Bob Callaway, Carolyn Heflin, Louise Callaway, Virginia Hale and Kaythern White.
She is survived by: her children, James Michael Hines, Jerry Callaway, Rutha Bast of Horseshoe Bend and Alma Porter of Stigler, Oklahoma; and her brother Mike Callaway of Flippin. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
