She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Berkholtz; and her daughter Melissa Berkholtz. She is survived by: her daughters, Melody Folyer (John) of Horseshoe Bend and Cynthia Smith (Matt) of Metter, Georgia; and her grandchildren, Amanda Ward (Greg), Jennifer Cunningham (Andrew), Jessica Folyer, Ashley Kenny, Jasmine Nesmith (Angela), Matthew Smith and Travis Smith. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.
