He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clark and Fredia Clark (Rufner); his children, Michael Clark and Candice Moran; and his sisters, Ruth Clark and Esther Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Clark of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas; his daughters, Jackie Santa (Wesley) of Oak Grove and Kelly Martin; and his grandchildren, Taylor Clark, Erik Santa of Blaine and Emma Santa of Madison.
