He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sidney Neel, Jr. and Nora Willie Borden Neel. He is survived by: his wife Debbi Neel; his children, Leslie (Scott Dixon), Sydney (Coy Arnold) and Jamey; his daughter-in-law Renda Lindsey of Horatio; the mother of his children Anita Billingsley; his grandchildren, Jacob, Heather Sims, Ben, Anna Speight, Grace Speight, Will Strickland, Mackenzie, Dustin Grammer, Morgyn Lindsey, Wyatt Lindsey, Chloe Arnold and Cade Arnold; his great grandchildren, Hallie Sims, William Grammer, Stetson Dixon, Ryder Brown and Bentlee Brown; his son Lloyd Hardaway; and his grandchildren, Austin Plotner and Sarah Azua. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
