He was predeceased by: his parents, John Griggs and Emelisa Acuna. He is survived by: his wife Schrae Griggs of Lockesburg; his brother Roy; his sister-in-law Sheila Estrada of De Queen; his sister Virginia Hagood of Hot Springs; and his children, Heather Griggs, Rudy Lee Griggs, Jr. and Dakot Griggs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
