She was predeceased by: her parents, Lymon William and Jane Maud Bartlett Frady; her husband Cartes Armer; and her sister Laura Autrey. She is survived by: her children, Russell Brian Armer of Horatio and Cartreesa Annette Phillips (Cody) of Horatio; her granddaughter Jessica Tugman (CJ) of Horatio; her great grandchildren, Jadyn, Layla Moreland, Remington and Pasiley Tugman; her siblings, Maudean Pickett of Mesquite, Texas, David L. Frady (Janice) of De Queen, John L. Frady (Nedra) of Texarkana and Danny L. Frady; and her sister-in-law Louise Armer Leverett (Gene) of Horatio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be made to the Texarkana Baptist Children's Home, 5401 East 9th Street, Texarkana, Arkansas 71854, in Mrs. Winona's memory.
